Iāve gone into Trader Joeās with a bride to grab flowers for her bouquet, had celebratory drinks with the wedding party at the Guinness Storehouse in Ireland, and jumped into the ocean the morning after a wedding for a trash the dress session. Those are the moments I LOVEāand theyāre the moments a photographer who simply shows up for your ceremony would never get to capture.

Erin did our engagement photo shoot, and our Vegas wedding! Gambles Photography was at the top of my list for potential wedding photographers before my husband and I even got engaged; I was instantly smitten with Erin's candid, authentic, and fun photography style (I had the GP website secretly saved under my bookmarks before my husband proposed, lol.)

Every destination wedding is different, so destination wedding photography is custom quoted based on where we're going, how long you need me, and what you want photographed while we're there.
A three-day wedding weekend in Hawaii looks a little different than an intimate elopement a few hours from Springfield š
We'll talk through your plans, what parts of the trip you want documented, travel needs, and any extras you'd like included. Then I'll create coverage that actually makes sense for your wedding and your adventure ā¤ļø
Flights, lodging, transportation, and other necessary travel expenses will be built into your custom quote and discussed upfront so you know exactly what to expect.
That's completely customizable! Obviously, we'll photograph the wedding day, but destination weddings usually have so much more happening than just the ceremony and reception.
Depending on your plans, coverage can include your rehearsal dinner, welcome party, exploring with your wedding party, excursions, or even an adventure session the following day. I usually like to sneak a boudoir shoot into the day before or after the wedding as well š
As many as your wedding needs! I spent over a week in Ireland and Hawaii, and most continental US elopements are around 3 days ā¤
We'll build the timeline around what you actually want documented rather than automatically limiting everything to one eight-hour wedding day. And yes, if you want to drag me snorkeling, hiking, exploring, or into a pub with the wedding party... you probably won't have to ask twice š
Yes! š¢ā¤ļø. Cruise weddings are their own kind of adventure, and I'm totally here for it!
Depending on your itinerary, we can photograph more than just the wedding itselfāgetting ready, exploring the ship, dinners with your people, excursions, portraits at different ports, and all those moments that happen throughout the trip.
Cruise lines can have their own photography policies and restrictions, so we'll check the requirements for your specific cruise before making everything official.
Because your photographer is one of the people you'll spend the most time with during your wedding, and there is something really nice about already knowing that person before everyone gets on a plane ā¤ļø
When you bring me along, you already know how I workāand if we've done your engagement photos, you already know what it feels like to be in front of my camera. And when I travel with you, Iām there because of YOUR wedding. That gives us the opportunity to photograph so much more than a few scheduled hours on the wedding day.
As early as you can! Destination weddings require more coordination than local weddings because we have to account for your wedding date as well as flights, lodging, transportation, and travel days.
If you're getting married internationally, during a popular travel season, or somewhere that requires special photography permits, earlier is even better.

Absolutelyāand I LOVE this part šø I'll research your destination before we go and scout locations that fit the kind of photographs you want. We'll look at things like lighting, scenery, travel time, accessibility, crowds, permits, sunrise and sunset times, and how everything fits into your wedding plans!
And once we're actually there? If we stumble across somewhere incredible that wasn't on the plan, we're stopping š
