Every event is a little different, so corporate and event photography is custom quoted based on what you actually need.

Things like the length of your event, location, number of photographers, guest count, and whether you’d like to add services such as a headshot station or photo booth can all affect pricing. Tell me what you’re planning, and I’ll put together coverage that makes sense for your event.

What types of corporate events do you photograph?

Pretty much anything where people are gathering and you need great photos of it! 

I photograph conferences, award ceremonies, grand openings, fundraisers, galas, holiday parties, company retreats, networking events, employee appreciation events, community events, trade shows, speaking events, launch parties, VIP events, and more.

If you're planning something that isn't on that list, just ask! Chances are I've photographed something similar—or I'm completely down to photograph something new.

How quickly will we receive our event photos?

Turnaround depends on the size and length of your event, but I typically have the full gallery ready within 1–2 weeks.

Need something sooner? Just let me know! If you have a deadline for press, social media, sponsors, or post-event marketing, I can often get a handful of highlight images edited and delivered the same day so you can start sharing while the event is still fresh.

Can attendees download photos from the event?

Absolutely! I can create an online gallery where attendees can easily view and download photographs from your event.

This is especially great for conferences, awards, fundraisers, company parties, and community events because your guests get to enjoy the photographs too—and you don't have to spend the next three weeks emailing every attendee!

Can you provide professional headshots at our event?

YES! A professional headshot station is one of my favorite additions to corporate events! I'll bring the photography setup directly to your venue so employees or attendees can stop by for an updated professional headshot while they're already dressed up and in the building. No separate headshot day. No trying to coordinate 75 calendars. Everyone's already there—let's take advantage of it!

Can our company use the photos for marketing and social media?

Yes! One of the biggest benefits of professional event photography is having a library of images your business can continue using after the event is over.
